Smokey Den asked me to help manage their rebrand campaign and to get their marketing plan updated over 3 months
Formerly known as Sanctuary Lakes Chicken Shop, Smokey Den wanted to rebrand. But it was just a rebrand, not a whole new team. So they asked me to help promote the rebrand and let their loyal customers know they could still get the food they know and love.
Over 3 months I created a backlog of content to promote their food, updated their GMB and social media accounts to reflect the brand change. I created a social media launch, posting regularly and highlighting the name change did not mean new owners.
The social media account and GMB grew steadily, which meant they didn’t see a loss in income and their customer base were not confused or concerned about the shop they loved changing.
